I cant belief they get away with this robbery of customers everyday and providing a pile of rubbish in return for all the money they get ie late trains, overcrowded, overpriced, unreliable, stuck in tunnels, rude and unhelpful staff, dirty old stations etc etc etc every single day. It's just simply disgusting. I wish especially every morning and evening that we could scrap the entire network!

that's the worst part we pay all this money for fares and half the time the staff dont work! i bet they were demanding triple time for bank holidays or something like that. I also hope someone from LUL is reading this - and want them to know LUL, you provide a rubbish service that is massively overpriced and absolutely disgraceful all the delays everyday the overcrowding, the constant closing of the service every weekend , its abysmal -one of the worst tubes in the world they know it they just don't bother to do anything about it. total and utter crap. And stuff bob crowe or whatever his name is and the drivers union can go to hell with all there demands, thats the joke about there union they are ripping us working class people/passengers off - they are even worse than LUL to be honest.

So i lost my oyster card at the weekend. At south woodford station at 8.40, there was no staff at any of the windows (which on a monday morning I'd expect) so I had to buy a single to get to work. £5.30 to go from zone 4 to zone 1? really?
